Welcome to MatchaGig, an experimental demonstration of AI-assisted résumé matching operated by Gigdeveloper Ltd, Mauritius ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this demo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully. By continuing to use the Service, you indicate that you understand and accept them.
1. Nature of the Demo
MatchaGig is a prototype designed to test user interest and system performance. It is not a finalized recruiting platform, and results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or biased. Use it only for evaluation, illustration, or feedback purposes—not for hiring decisions or commercial processing.
2. Eligibility and Access
You must be 18 years or older and act on your own behalf or with your employer’s authorization. Access is provided “as is,” may be withdrawn at any time, and may require email-based sign-in (magic link). You are responsible for safeguarding any login credentials and for activity under your account.
3. Your Content
- You confirm that you own the content or have the legal right to upload it.
- You grant us a limited license to store, analyze, and display it solely to operate and improve this demo.
- Uploaded files are stored securely in Supabase and may be deleted automatically after 30 days or when the demo ends.
- You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us at info@gigdeveloper.com.
- We will never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties outside the operation of this demo.
- Do not upload sensitive or regulated data (e.g., health, IDs, banking, minors, or trade secrets).
4. AI-Generated Outputs
Outputs are generated by machine-learning models (including OpenAI embeddings) and may contain errors or bias. They should be treated as advisory only. You are solely responsible for how you use any recommendations, scores, or text produced by the Service.
5. Privacy
We collect minimal personal data—mainly your email and technical logs—to operate and secure the Service. All data is processed under Mauritian data-protection law and with principles equivalent to the GDPR, including: lawful, limited, and transparent processing; the right to access or delete your data; and a commitment not to share it outside the Service. 6. Acceptable Use
- Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, or discriminatory material.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or misuse the Service.
- Do not use outputs for automated decisions about individuals without human review.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or legal reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, models, text, and designs within the Service remain our property or our licensors’. You retain full ownership of your uploaded materials. You receive only a temporary, non-exclusive right to use the demo as provided.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
The Service is provided “AS IS” with no warranties—express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed USD 100.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may modify or discontinue the demo without notice. After termination, stored data may be deleted or anonymized.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mauritius.
